Manisses Restaurant, located in Old Harbor Block Island, seeks full-time, seasonal Line Cooks with a passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences to join our team! You must have a great work ethic, professional presentation, and good communication skills.

A Manisses Restaurant Line Cook is responsible for using precise culinary technique and exact measurements to produce high quality food and ensure exceptional guest experiences every time. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. The ability to implement direction from management and work cohesively as a team is essential. The employer will also provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Wage per hour paid weekly, rate based on experience. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
Schedule: 35-40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours are from 11:00am to 11:00pm and may vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
Experience in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club required.

Housing is offered and optional at an additional fee.
Will report directly to the Chef/ General Manager at Hotel Manisses on Block Island.
