According to the Block Island Times, on the evening of July 5, 26 year old Matt Fortuna, a member of this site, was hanging out in the Ball O'Brien Park on West side road when he suddenly collapsed to the ground. ....Greetings islanders.....word has it that rock god-legend Eric Clapton came ashore to use the Men's room....The fact that Clapton is God and that the amount of gold on his yacht far exceeds the amount of gold on the whole island leaves one to believe there was probably a plumbing problem.
