I Have been cooking for many years.I have cooked in Washington D.C.,New York City, Annapolis MD.Martha's Vinyard Ma. St Croix USVI, St John USVI and Tortola BVI.
In New York I was a commis/tournant@ a Pair of Eights, Executive Sous Chef for Dock's Oyster Bar, Then I was a Chef De Partie For Gordon Ramsay @ the London Hotel NYC. After spending a Year in Tortola,BVI as Chef de Cuisine @ 15 abbott lane, I returned to America. I am currently Developing a Cooking and culinary tool website.I recently was named Executive Chef at Brique on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, which opened mid-june 2010. As of January 2011 I am planning to Relocate for seasonal work, and open a dessert bistro in the future.
