"It's good, thanks Stephen! We booked the Spring House for the reception, Marc Scortino as DJ, and a photographer from the mainland. That's all the planning for now, until we visit in June to plan eeeeverything else. :)

- It was not difficult to plan at all! The only problem was that Tropical Storm Beryl was blowing by the island...the ferry was shut down (before Lisa's family made it out..luckily it was running the next day and they made it!) and it rained all day. We were married at 4pm...5 minutes after it stopped raining!

Do you think the Barn at Schooner Point would be an ok place to set up a tent and have a small wedding reception? Do you know how to get in contact with the owners? (I called the phone number on their website, but no one has answered each time) Sorry to ask you so many questions, I appreciate any advise you have as you seem to be pretty familiar with the island.
P.s. if you ever need any tips about visiting DC I'm your gal lol :)
