How's your island job search?

I'd like to here from people about their summer island job search. Has anyone landed a job on Block Island, Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket? If so, do you have housing? How long did it take you to find a job?

I started looking for a job in October, and I still haven't found any..I applied through agencies in my home country, but it seems like Martha's Vineyard is not a possibility because there were no offers from employers on the island.

Many island business owners are not on the island right now...they leave for the winter. You might have better luck when you are on the island.
